    We are looking for an ambitious individual who is enthusiastic about learning and developing a successful career within Engineering. The individual needs to be confident, self-motivated, be a keen team player and enjoy a challenge.

    Applicants should be “hands on”, practical individuals with an interest in how mechanisms work.

    Apprenticeship will include Machine Diagnostics and repair, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, Machine overhaul and refurbishment, Robotics, PLC and Automation, Welding and Fabrication.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer, you will join our existing Engineering Team. This position offers a great deal of variety. Throughout your apprenticeship your on the job training and role responsibilities will include the following:

    • Maintenance of all Production equipment  (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic)
    • Preventative Maintenance
    • Fabrication and Welding

    Working Week

    40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm

    You must be prepared to work overtime when required.

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    You will have achieved a minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include Maths, English and a Science.
