Apprenticeships

Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative, exclusive to Liverpool

Our Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship enables apprentices to progress their careers by developing into multi-skilled operators through process ownership.

During their fifteen month apprenticeship, learners will spend most of their time on-site with their employer and will travel to MTC Liverpool for additional training on a day release model. During this time they will have one-to-one support from an industry expert, gaining the confidence, skills and knowledge to carry out their work safely while helping to optimise production in their workplace.
