Supporting End Point Assessment (EPA) in the Workplace

In order for an Apprentice to successfully complete their End Point Assessment, they are reliant on having been given training and exposure to the relevant types of work, which meets the EPA requirements. For those who work closely with Apprentices through managing, supervising or mentoring, this course will provide you with a valuable insight into how to interpret the assessment criteria and match it with the types of work your company carries out. This then allows you to pre-plan and guide the Apprentice into the full range of work required, for a successful EPA.
