Our workplace qualifications are aimed at those who are looking to progress their career with a certification gained while learning on-the-job.
We offer two different types of workplace qualification, NVQs (level3) and HNCs.
MTC Training delivers work-based on-site Level 3 NVQs in multiple disciplines, providing trainees with trained vocational status in an engineering environment.
Our Level 3 NVQ courses are suitable for those already employed in an engineering role, giving invaluable on-the-job experience while providing opportunity to cross skill in different engineering disciplines. The certification also benefits experienced staff who do not possess a formal qualification.
Our HNC in engineering provides your workforce with the specialist knowledge and skills required to further enhance their career.
It is designed to future-proof your business by giving your employees knowledge of new and emerging technologies, preparing them for the jobs of tomorrow.
The HNC is a level 4 higher education qualification that prepares employees for further study at degree level by providing them with a broader theoretical understanding of engineering principles.
It is currently delivered from our Coventry site and at OAS in Oxfordshire.
